Frances Salinas
Office Administrator
Frances Salinas is the Office Administrator at the Hay Law Group. Her role includes overseeing the firm’s daily operations, client relations, and all administrative tasks, ensuring our Houston and Atlanta offices operate smoothly.
Frances is a graduate of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology. While at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, she was an active Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society member. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and loved ones, watching sunsets on her ranch while snuggling with her seven rescue dogs, and trying new restaurants.
Fun Fact: Frances saw Selena Quintanilla perform in concert in Corpus Christi in 1994.
